Coconut Nut Pie

Coconut Nut Pie

1 stick butter
2 Tbl. flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
3 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup shredded coconut

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream butter and sugar. Mix in flour. Add syrup and mix well. Add eggs one at a time and beat well after each. Add vanilla, coconut and nuts. Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake 45 minutes or until center is set.

This has to be one of my favorites because it includes 2 of the things I like most... coconut and nuts. You can change the nuts to maybe walnuts or almonds but I don't think I would change anything else.
